As Executive Vice President and CFO, Ernest J. Scheidemann is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational direction to the finance, tax, treasury, and accounting departments. He also advises the CEO in establishing financial strategic objectives as well as operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of organizational objectives, and evaluates results to determine if financial objectives are being met.

Scheidemann has over 26 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining ASG in 2008, Scheidemann served as CFO at WCI Communities, Inc., a publicly traded residential real estate developer, as COO and CFO of GT3 Corp from 2003 to 2004, as CFO of Walker Digital, LLC and other companies related to Priceline.com from 1999 to January 2003. Between 1984 and 1999, Scheidemann held progressive roles at AT&T Corp. leading to Corporate Controller for their Consumer Services division.

Scheidemann is a licensed New Jersey CPA and earned his MBA in Finance & International Business from Seton Hall University in 1988 and a B.A. in Accounting from William Paterson University in 1982.
