Classification is completed in seconds through a simple point-and-click index tree that requires no technical ability to use. The ASG-Cypress Personal Imaging Module gives organizations the ability to integrate complicated internal document assembly and distribution processes with externally generated documents. For example, a one-click option can release an image to ASG-Cypress, which can then automatically bundle the image with pages from reports and other documents. The bundle can then be delivered to department managers, printers, e-mail addresses, fax numbers, etc., as well as to external customers. Features include:
