The ASG-Cypress Data Mining Module filters, sorts, and summarizes report data “on the fly” for each user's needs, saves the information as a convenient Excel® spreadsheet or text file, then automatically routes it to the appropriate printer, e-mail inbox, fax, directory, or other enterprise destination. Once report files have been processed, the resulting Excel or text files can be fully integrated with other ASG-Cypress software, including archiving and Web delivery solutions.

Other ASG-Cypress modules enable users to see only the information they have been authorized to access – something that other end-user data mining solutions cannot consistently provide. ASG-Cypress' long-term archiving capability gives users a fast, programming-free solution for mining historical information that may no longer be in an organization's databases.
