On the mainframe, maintenance is provided via Made to Order Maintenance (MOM), which analyzes the software level and compares it to the master. ASG-TMON BSM product information is gathered automatically and sent to ASG to be analyzed. If needed, updates are then sent via e-mail. ASG-TMON BSM allows you to spend less time on the phone and more time being productive.
